Infiny Sciences & Standards
Quality Engineered from Hive to Consumer
Department Overview
Infiny Sciences is an internal department dedicated to Research & Development and Quality Control. It is supervised by doctoral researchers and specialized engineers with over 18 years of expertise in beekeeping and natural raw honey production.
Leadership
The department is headed by Dr. Abdelrahim Nawar, Senior Lecturer at the University of Abbas Laghrour Khenchela, member of the University Quality Assurance Unit, and a specialist in pharmaceutical manufacturing and the valorization of bee products in pharmaceutical industries. He is also a member of the Laboratory of Bioactive Compounds, Biomolecules, and Surface & Water Treatment, and serves as a peer reviewer for several scientific journals.

Infiny Sciences is responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of Infiny Honey's proprietary scientific methodology in beekeeping practices. The department oversees post-harvest quality auditing of raw honey for classification purposes and monitors advanced laboratory analyses conducted in collaboration with independent, specialized laboratories officially licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Justice.
Quality Philosophy
At Infiny Honey, we believe that quality is not a matter of chance, but the result of a rigorous system of scientific and field-based standards that we adhere to at every stage of production from the hive to the consumer. The company requires its beekeepers, through formal contractual agreements, to strictly comply with all specified conditions. Beekeeping teams are supervised and supported by the Research & Development Department and the Quality Control Department to ensure full implementation of these standards.
Precision in Apiary Site Selection
The location designated for an apiary must meet the following conditions: A clean and unpolluted environment, distant from pollution sources, major urban concentrations, and paved roads by no less than 20-30 km, ensuring full isolation from industrial influences. A carefully studied botanical diversity that guarantees the production of natural honey rich in active compounds. Avoidance of valley waterways and known wind corridors to prevent significant losses during climatic fluctuations.
Structured Seasonal Migration
We adopt a seasonal transhumance system to benefit from natural flowering cycles in each region, thereby preserving the purity of the honey's floral source.
Prohibition of Antibiotics Inside the Hive
We adhere to a natural beekeeping policy free from antibiotic use within honey production, while applying modern preventive methods to maintain colony health.
Respect for the Natural Life Cycle of Bees
Honey is harvested only after full natural maturation within capped honeycomb cells, in order to preserve its enzymes and biological properties.
Avoidance of Chemical Substances and Exposure Zones
At Infiny Honey, we recognize that pesticide use in certain agricultural activities represents one of the greatest challenges to honey purity. Therefore, we implement a strict preventive policy that includes: Locating our apiaries, whenever possible, in natural or pastoral areas away from intensive chemically sprayed agriculture. Conducting prior assessments before installing any apiary, including: crop types, agricultural spraying patterns, and timing of pesticide application. Coordinating in advance with nearby farmers when agricultural activity exists, to identify spraying schedules and take necessary measures to protect bee colonies. Refraining from harvesting honey during periods in which forage areas may have been recently sprayed. Maintaining internal quality monitoring to ensure that the final product complies with recognized food safety standards. We do not claim that the agricultural environment is free from challenges; however, we are committed to managing risks with a high level of professionalism to ensure that safe and natural honey reaches you.
Non-Thermal Extraction
Honey is extracted using centrifugal methods without exposure to elevated temperatures, preserving its natural enzymes.
Natural Filtration
Only mechanical impurities are removed, without excessive filtration that would strip honey of its natural components.
Storage in a Controlled Environment
Honey is stored in clean facilities at moderate temperatures, protected from direct sunlight and humidity.
Safe Food-Grade Packaging
We use high-quality glass or food-grade containers that comply with safety standards.
No Blending or Additives
We strictly adhere to a "100% Pure Honey" policy, without any additives or industrial blending.
Production Batch Traceability
Each production batch is assigned an internal traceability number to ensure transparency and auditability.
